East or Westbound Highway 198 into Visalia,
take the Mooney Blvd exit and turn north.
Take Burrel Street to the left (west).
Continue west to the stop sign at Woodland Drive.
Continue west across Woodland.
Burrel Street ends in the parking lot of the
Tulare County Board of Supervisor's Chambers
